Currently watched 4 movies and would love to share a quick review of how they were:
Singham 2: Too noisy, Surya is the saving grace and the movie has nothing new to offer, pretty convoluted plot. Rating 2/5.
Mariyan: Pleasant movie both Dhanush and Parvathy Menon are awesome. 2nd half is a let down with an unexpected turn in the story, did not feel real. Songs and visuals are great. 2.5/5.
Bhaag Milka Bhaag: Great performance by Farhan. Movie is a bit slow and drags a lot. Could have been crisper. Good story and visuals, overall a great effort but falling short of a masterpiece. 3/5.
Pattathu Yanaai: What was I thinking watching this one. Very ordinary expect for some scenes where Santhanam delivers but we could have watched some old episodes on him on TV. Trashy movie 1.5/5. The fact that I do not even feel like mentioning Vishal or the story of the movie in the review speaks for itself.
